Every order placed through this site is a contract of sale between you and:

The Tomo / Folio / Hoja / Inscripción entries above are placeholders. They must be completed with the data issued by the Registro Mercantil de Alicante before this site processes its first order.

These conditions apply to consumers. If you are buying in the course of a business, contact us for wholesale terms — the retail conditions here, including the right of withdrawal, are drafted for consumers.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or between 13 and 17 with the consent of a parent or guardian, whose email address we ask for at checkout. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly accept orders from them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details you give us. Where an address turns out to be undeliverable, we will contact you before any second dispatch attempt.

All prices on this site are shown in USD — United States dollars — and orders are charged in USD. There is no currency switcher: one currency, stated in full next to every price rather than as a bare symbol. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply a conversion and a fee of its own, which we neither set nor receive.

Prices currently run from USD 28 to USD 398 across 40 items. Spanish VAT applies at 21% where the transaction is subject to it; the tax treatment applied to your order is shown before you confirm it, and depends on the delivery destination.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling charges in the destination country. Those are set by the destination authorities, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price you pay us.

Prices may change. The price that binds both of us is the one displayed when your order is confirmed.

Adding an item to the bag reserves nothing. The contract comes into being when we confirm your order by email after payment has been authorised.

We may decline an order — and will refund any amount taken — where an item is genuinely unavailable, where a price has been displayed in obvious error, or where we cannot deliver lawfully to the address given.

Before you reach the payment step, you enter your contact and delivery details and confirm them. The payment step does not open until every required field is valid. Your details are kept from that point whether or not payment completes, so that an incomplete order can be followed up; this is described in the privacy policy.

Payment is taken by card at the payment step. Card details are entered in the processor's own environment; they are never seen, transmitted or stored by this site's servers.

The card marks we accept are shown at checkout and in the footer. Strong customer authentication may be requested by your bank, which is a requirement of European payments law and not something we can waive.

No amount is charged until you complete the payment step. Nothing on this site is sold on a recurring basis and no payment details are retained for future automatic charges.

We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days and costs USD 12; express takes 2–4 business days and costs USD 28. Standard shipping is free on orders over USD 99.

We deliver to European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore.

We do not ship to territories subject to European Union restrictive measures, nor to addresses that are post-office boxes only.

Risk passes to you when the goods are handed over to you or to a carrier you appointed yourself. Where we appoint the carrier, risk stays with us until delivery.

You have fourteen calendar days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal page sets out the procedure and contains the model withdrawal form.

Because these are worn items, a returned hat must have its tag unclipped, must be free of signs of use such as perspiration marks or cosmetic residue, and must come back in packaging that has kept its shape.

Where we have failed to inform you of the right of withdrawal, the period extends by twelve months, as Spanish consumer law requires.

Goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for three years from delivery, under the Spanish consumer statute. For the first two years, any lack of conformity that appears is presumed to have existed at delivery.

Natural cracking, fading and gradual loss of shape in straw are characteristics of the material, disclosed on every product page before purchase. Braid coming apart, a sweatband lifting, or a brim failing at its structure are defects and are covered. The guarantee page sets out the distinction with examples.

We undertake to keep spare parts and technical support available for ten years from the date an item is discontinued. In practice, for hats, this takes the form of sweatband replacement and reblocking.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders over USD 99, before tax and after any discount.

A first-order code, FIRSTWEAVE, gives 10% off the product value. One use per customer, on first order only, applied to product value before shipping and before tax. Not combinable with any other code. The code has no advertised expiry and no clock is shown anywhere on this site.

Where a price is shown struck through, the struck figure is the lowest price at which we sold that item in the thirty days before the reduction. If that condition is not met, no struck price is shown at all. This applies equally to end-of-season reductions.

New arrivals may be labelled as new for the season. We do not run countdowns, stock alarms or expiring offers of any kind.

The goods sold here are ordinary consumer headwear. They are not dual-use goods and are not subject to export licensing.

We do not ship to territories subject to European Union restrictive measures, and we will cancel and refund any order that would breach applicable sanctions or export control rules.

You are responsible for ensuring that importing the goods is lawful at your delivery address, and for any duties or taxes the destination country applies.

We make no claim of any kind about protection from solar radiation. Our hats are not personal protective equipment and are not sold, described or certified as such. Where the weave matters, we describe how much daylight passes through it and let you draw your own conclusion.

Panama-style is a crown and brim shape, not a place of origin. We state the actual weaving origin of every item, and we do not attach protected geographic origin names to our hats.

Our braids are machine-woven and hand-blocked. We do not describe them otherwise.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

You may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, submit the matter to the Junta Arbitral de Consumo, or approach the consumer authority of the Comunitat Valenciana. Official complaint forms are available on request.
